We bought a new Montana 3121 in 2021 from price Right. This is our 3rd 5th wheel from them over the past 23 years. We have never had an issue with sales or service. They winterize this one and grease the slides every winter. They are fast and honest. If you need help with parts, Carrie Feneis is your go to girl. If she doesnt have it in stock, she will find it for you. The service department is 5 star also. You wont be sorry buying your new or used rv from here.

The service department is amazing! I had an issue and called and spoke with Mark, he was very helpful, and stayed past quitting time to help me, and was friendly and patient the entire time.

We had a few warranty items to be repaired/replaced, and the scheduling desk was accommodating at working around our schedule in getting the unit in and out on time. The service department did a wonderful job with all of the repairs, with quality workmanship.

I purchase 2 vehicles from Price Right in May, 2018 and worked with Jeff Every.The closing process took a little longer than expected, due to repairs required on one of the vehicles. Price Right Rv is one of the best in the business. We have bought two RV's from this dealership. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way to make sure your happy.

They let you roam the grounds and look at campers at your leisure ( which I absolutely enjoy). When you find what you want. They will help you no matter what. Although I did not purchase a vehicle through Price Right, I had an incredible experience. I am from out of town, and the sales team worked with me to get a great price guarantee on the car (as long as the car checked out for me, obviously) which gave me peace of mind to drive 4 hours one way to look at the car. I ended up finding a car locally at the last minute, but was absolutely going to drive to this dealership. I called several local businesses to ask about Price Right and they gave the business outstanding recommendations. I cannot recommend this place enough and I didn't even buy anything there! Do yourself a favor, and buy something from Price Right, you won't regret it and they will treat you fair. 5 stars.

Great experience!!! Jeff sold us our 2017 Cherokee travel trailer. He took care of everything so that we can swing in, go through the checklist and head straight for the campground!! We had a small issue with the A/C and spoke with Mark in service. He did a great job at trying to troubleshoot the problem and followed up with a solution. I have a brand new 2017 45' 16500lb toyhauler that I purchased lateFall. With my son coming home for christmas 2016 it was our plan for his family and dogs would live in the rv that has the 4 season artic package. With this being our plan, the rv was not winterized at purchase. As cold weather set in I began heating the rv with the furnace. I ran the furnace for about 3 weeks going thru about 6 30lb lp tanks. Everything was fine u til 21 Dec when the furnace quit working. With the snow I was not able to get the rv out of its location to take to dealership I bought it from, so I called my dealer and they do not have a mobile service so they called to find one and they found Price Right RV. They had already spoken to Karri in service for sometime and the mobile technician who is on vacation in Washington state. Karri and the mobile tech on vacation did everything g they could to assist my dealership with assisting me. I performed all simple possible fixes that karie told my dealer and they were unsuccessful. I called my dealer back and they pushed me to Price Right RV bease they said they were out of options to assist. I called Karri at Price Right RV on Friday 23 Dec and she assisted me on the phone for more than 1 1/2 hours trying to troubleshoot and fix the furnace. It is now about 330 in the afternoon and Karri said let me call your dealer to see what can be done so she called My dealer who told her again, they are out of options. Karri called me back and we spent more time on the phone with the ONLY technician left at work that preholiday day and her and Glen worked with me more to get the furnace running. Now we were still unsuccessful and it was around 430. This is the time most are go e home on this holiday friday. Karri said,Glen will be there tonight to assist. It is Friday night De ember 23rd at 730pm with full darkness and almost freezing temperatures when Glen from Price Right RV shows up at my house. He works my furnace for an hour and determines how to get the furnace working temporarily but needed parts and they stores were closed so he said I will be back tomorrow. On Christmas Eve Saturday, Glen shows up around 930am and he had already drove to the office in DeWitt to get parts. He spent about an hours climbing in and out of the underbelly storage because the furnace is very difficult to access and he was successful getting the furnace to run and to provide heat. Yeah Glen!!! Because of Glens superior technical knowledge, although the furnace was working, he determined that the furnace was back k feeding to much electrical power back to the temporary thermostat he installed and it would be a potential fire hazard so he did not allow the furname to keep running due to a serious fire hazard. He further trouble shot the defective furnace to determine that the computer board in the furnace is bad. On saturday Christmas Eve Karrie ordered a new part for my furnace from her home. I have owned several RVS and a few new ones. NEVER, NEVER, have I ever experienced this level of care, consideration for my situation, and 5 star customer service from an RV dealer.in fact, the service was more like 5 Dimond, which is much better than 5 Star. Karrie, Glen, and the mobile tech on vacation are amazing caring people that care abut RIVERS that have problems, even if it is Christmas, even if they are on vacation, even if they are ha ING there work Christmas party, even if it was dark and cold. I am so thankful and impressed, this short testimony does not come close to what the staff at Price Right RV deserves. If your looking for an RV, the most important aspect of the purchase is the service after the sale. There is no better customer service than this!!!!!!!

needed to buy a trailer and just stopped in to see what price right had. Found a very nice 10 yr. old 5th wheel that made both my wife and I thrilled. It needed some attention and the sales man told us not to worry he would take care of them for us. When we went for final inspection I was told that they had replaced all 6 tires, filled both 30 lb gas tanks and put in a new battery. These are all thing I though I would have to do and was quit surprised. The trailer had been cleaned inside and out and water tested. We needed to buy some jacks and they even sold them to at us for 10% over their cost. GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

This past weekend we were looking for sway bars to take our camper up north. We called here and talked to Jared and he went above and beyond.
